The food industry reference in Algeria is back on April 9th.
Djazagro, the international exhibition entirely dedicated to the food chain, organized by Comexposium in partnership with the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is back at the Palais des Expositions SAFEX in Algiers from 9th to 12th April 2013.
With a reference location that puts the country at a strategic crossroads between South Europe and sub-Saharan Africa and its reputation in the Maghreb, Djazagro keeps up "DJAZAGRI" sector, dedicated to agricultural machinery and agricultural equipment.
During the previous edition, Djazagro attracted 14,210 visitors and over 430 exhibitors from 28 different countries. This year Djzagro will offer a global range with 5 sectors and 12 000 m² of exhibition dedicated to the food industry.
Agriculture has a prominent place in Algeria, with 120,000 employees and 17,000 industrial enterprises. The country is also the largest buyer of African food and continues its investment policy with the creation of 4 science parks of 500 food industries.
